Exchange and Warranty Policy

At Meher Silver, we want every customer to love their jewelry. While we do not accept returns, we proudly offer a 15-day exchange policy and a 6-month product warranty.

1. Exchange Policy

You may request an exchange within 15 days of receiving your order.
Items must be:
- Unworn and in original condition
- In original packaging with tags and bill
Exchanges are allowed for a different design or item of equal or higher value (price difference to be paid by the customer).
Exchanges are subject to stock availability.

Non-exchangeable items:

Customized or engraved items
Damaged jewelry due to mishandling or accidents

2. 6-Month Warranty

We offer a 6-month warranty on all Meher Silver products for:

Manufacturing defects
Issues with stone setting or clasp malfunction

Exclusions:

Normal wear and tear
Damage due to chemicals, accidents, or improper care
Tarnishing or oxidation over time

To claim the warranty, email us with clear photos and your original invoice.
